新时代高校教师师德师风建设的现实意义、实际困难与实践策略

摘要:

教师作为传播知识、传播思想、传播真理的重要载体,是推动教育事业发展的第一资源。师德师风是教师思想品质、教学素养的综合表现,加强师德师风建设能够坚定教师思想观念、提升教师教学能力、强化高校教育质量。然而,新时代背景下,受到责任感缺失、在职教育不足等因素的影响,高校教师师德师风建设存在评估政治素养偏低、行为失范等问题。因此,高校要从师德师风建设实际意义角度入手,结合存在的典型问题,通过落实师德师风组织管理体系、体系化教师在职培训、健全考核评价机制、完善监督惩罚体系的方式加强师德师风建设。

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, due to the lack of sense of responsibility, insufficient in-service education and other factors, there exist some problems with the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, such as low evaluation of political literacy and misconduct. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics, systematizing the in-service training of teachers, improving the assessment mechanism, and improving the supervision and punishment system.
