学前教育专业毕业生就业意向及影响因素分析
On Employment Intention and Influence Factors of Pre-school Education Graduates

摘要:

文章通过对安徽几所师范专科学校2019届学前教育专业毕业生进行问卷调查和现场访谈,采集了学前教育专业毕业生就业意向的相关数据,并通过对数据的统计分析,发现学前教育专业毕业生的就业意向受就业政策、就业观念、就业资本及就业能力的影响显著。要实现培养优秀的幼儿教师、提高学前教育质量的目标,学前教育专业学生要立足专业,练就真本领,高校要强化职业指导,增强学生的专业认同感和职业发展意识,多位一体促进毕业生高质量就业,为社会培养卓越的幼儿教师。

Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview on the 2019 preschool education graduates of several normal colleges in Anhui Province,the relevant data of employment intention of preschool education graduates are obtained.Through the statistical analysis of the data,we know that the employment intention of preschool education graduates is significantly affected by employment policy,employment concept,employment capital and employability.In order to achieve the goal of cultivating excellent preschool teachers and improving the quality of preschool education,students of preschool education major should base on their major and practice their real skills.Colleges and universities should strengthen vocational guidance,enhance students' professional identity and awareness of career development,so as to promote graduates' high-quality employment and cultivate excellent preschool teachers for the society.
